Came here for the first time and oh my god! The shop is huge! The staff were super friendly and showed me exactly where the items I wanted was, I tried peach jelly and it was delicious! I can’t wait to come back!

Looking something for a gift and I tried Daiso here in Queen Street near by my place. Its a great way to shop and even bought the perfect gift the staff are very helpful which I truly appreciate, quality products very organized and budget friendly.

I was really disappointed with the service, a laundry bag was only $8 and I was not allowed to do a refund. The manager was both rude and stupid, she said it was their policy to only allow exchanges or to buy more items!!! Irresponsible words and an ugly business behaviour, if you don't improve your customer service and update your policy, you will lose more loyal customers. I went to Sunnybank DAISO and they allowed a refund.

Everything is nice and pretty good customer service it is just me and my friend r looking for badminton rackets and the shuttle we came few weeks before and saw it but decided to buy it another time and when we went again we didn’t see what we saw last time with the packe of racket and shuttles it was just rackets and was a waste of time Bec it is located in a werid spot in the store overall pretty okay
